Historic Filipinotown Neighborhood Council - Hello and Welcome!

Kamusta at Tuloy Po Kayo!
Historic Filipinotown Neigborhood Council (HIFINC) was founded and incorporated in 2006 with a mission to make Historic Filipinotown safe for residents; attract and include the area's restaurants, cultural destinations, historical landmarks and businesses on the tourist map of the City of Los Angeles. Historic Filipinotown is also known among residents as Hi-Fi.
We sponsor a number of events that celebrate the Filipino culture and contributions that Filipino-Americans have made to the Southern California community.
